SF SALON Service Policies


It is our service standard to cater to every client’s needs and desires as much as possible. If you have any special requests, please let us know when booking your appointment. We recommend booking your appointment prior to your arrival by calling 330.836.7219. Appointments are subject to availability.


  • Guest satisfaction is essential. If you are ever unsatisfied, please let us know immediately. All service corrections must be fully resolved within 2-weeks of original service.
  • A 24 hour notice is required for all appointment cancellations. Guests who are unable to fulfill this requirement will be charged a 50% deposit when booking future services.
  • We are a multi-level salon. All prices are based on service providers’ availability. 
  • Our chemical services are guaranteed only when professional products are used. Please let us know within two weeks if you are not completely satisfied.
  • Coffee, tea and purified water are available to our guests. 
  • Ask us for details regarding a Shampoo Champagne Soiree for any group of 10 or more.


  • We accept VISA and MASTERCARD.
  • Our services do not include gratuity; but, it is greatly appreciated.
  • Personal checks are gladly accepted. Any check returned for non-sufficient funds will be charged a minimum of $25 and could jeopardize your check writing privileges.
  • A $150 refundable deposit is required to reserve all bridal parties of 3 or more. This deposit will be applied the day of service. In the case that this party needs to be canceled, a 1 week notice is required to have the deposit refunded.


  • Gift cards make the perfect gift and may be purchased in the salon or by calling 330.836.7219. Gift cards are not refundable.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Hair care products purchased for home use are guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly exchange any product returned within two weeks.
  • Skin care products are not refundable or exchangeable.
