Zoom Meet & Greet – A quick 5–10 minute intro call.

Shadow Invitation (if applicable) – A 2-hour in-salon experience to observe as an employee.
Formal Interview – A structured interview to assess fit.
Final Decision & Offer – If selected, you’ll be invited to join the Associate Program!
